Event Producer + Programming
2020-2024 | NYC, Philly, Phoenix, Atlanta, Raleigh

An initiative of Working Families Power, Joy to the Polls is a nonpartisan civic engagement initiative that transforms polling places into joyful community experiences through live music and culture. Bringing DJs, musicians, performers, and mobile sound systems to polling locations across the country, the project uses music to energize voters, celebrate participation, and bring moments of connection and joy to Election Day.
-
I was lucky enough to be a part of the inaugural project for the 2020 general election, and continued with the project for the 2024 mid-terms, and 2024 general election. As the producer and project manager, I brought together the concept, logistics (how do we get 26’ flatbed trucks in front of polling locations and turn them into stages for performances?), art direction, production teams, permitting, and beyond to make this project possible.

Our Copa
Producer & Cultural Strategist
For AdHoc | 2026 | NYC, ATL, LA, Miami, Houston, Chicago
-
Our Copa 2026 transformed the World Cup into a nationwide community celebration through a series of free watch parties and cultural events across six U.S. cities, bringing together thousands of fútbol fans around food, music, DJs, performance, and interactive experiences. Events combined match screenings with locally curated programming and activations, including DJs, drag performances, face painting, nail art, custom jewelry and jersey stations, personalized fans, food and drinks, merch, and family-friendly fútbol activities, with each event tailored to the culture and community of its host city. The broader campaign connected the joy of the World Cup with organizing and immigrant justice, advocating for safe, inclusive spaces for fans and communities during the tournament.
-
As the lead producer and strategist on this project, I took the vision for the series and transformed it into a scalable format, developing the overall production budget, fan experience, messaging, branding, production teams, and programming cadence for each event.
