Rachael Pazdan-Foster is a Creative Producer + Music Programming Expert based in Brooklyn, NY

Hi! I’m Rachael. I have 15+ years of experience bringing events and live music performances to life in NYC, nationwide, and abroad. In addition to live concert programming + production, I’ve also produced award shows, conferences, summits, galas, festivals, and special events for major brands, as well as non-profit institutions.

I’ve booked live music for some of New York City's most notorious venues, including Public Records, Le Poisson Rouge, The Bell House, and The Manhattan Inn. As a creative producer, some of my proudest accomplishments include building AdHoc Projects, a creative agency, alongside founder Ric Leightung, executing tentpole events for Rolling Stone across the country, producing events for Global Citizen in NYC and South Africa, talent management for the groundbreaking inaugural Savage x Fenty runway show, and mobilizing stages across the country to entertain voters in line for the 2020 and 2024 General Elections via Joy to the Polls for the Working Families Party.

Check out some of my live event production experience here and my music programming experience here. I’m so obsessed with producing live music experiences that I’ve independently self-produced a handful of projects, too. Find those here, including The Hum Series and four/four presents.

Additionally, I love guest teaching and enjoy supporting young and hungry future producers and music bookers. I’ve been a guest lecturer at CalArts, New York University, Syracuse University, and my alma mater, SUNY Purchase College, where I completed a BA in Arts Management.

I’m an expert in booking talent, big or small, for events, concerts and festivals. From music acts like T-Pain, Spoon, and Anderson Paak, to emerging artists, to dance companies and choreographers, i’m able to seamlessly curate, contract, and produce talent on any level.

  • Event Production

I’ve led event production in-house for companies like Rolling Stone and Global Citizen, producing conferences, special events, galas, panels, award shows, concerts and more. I currently hold the title of Director of Creative Production at AdHoc, a creative production agency.

  • Creative Direction

With a foundation in dance and choreography, I love working directly with talent and organizations to creatively direct performances, incorporating scenic, lighting, sound, staging, script writing and beyond help make creative aspirations come to life with any size budget.
